Bluehost VS Hostgator for WordPress, Which Is Better (hint: wordpress runs slow and price high on 1)

Bluehost or Hostgator for hosting WordPress, which is cheaper, faster, and better overall for good wordpress hosting? Which do you think is best for beginner bloggers? Bluehost: http://bit.ly/2Fc02C5 I don't use Hostgator for anything anymore, they add Sitelock to all accounts, and disable websites for no reason because it "scans" for malware.
