Are Infrared Sauna Reviews Legit? The Truth Might Surprise You...

Infrared sauna reviews by people who have never been in a sauna before, are probably not very credible. I made this video because I got a bunch of questions about whether or not most infrared sauna reviews people find online are legit and can be trusted or not. This was my response, with some other long winded sauna things thrown in. My rule of thumb: if you don't see the guy sitting inside the sauna he is talking about, through it out with the bathwater. Claiming a sauna to be high in EMF's while pointing to someone ELSE'S video of it? Ditch that too.... You shouldn't rely on others to do your dirty work. If you're going to review saunas at the level where you're impacting people's lives, you had better either own the damn thing, or at least be inside of the exact model you're talking about! That's my take on it anyway... A lot of people say that Clearlight is better than Sunligthen, and vice versa... or discount them both and say that Therasauna's ceramic heaters are better than the carbon infrared emitters. But how many times do you see these people sitting in the exact sauna they're talking about, as apposed to shooting a screenshot "review" video where anyone can say anything? Exactly.
